Booked an apartment for a stay in Paris in July 2018. Signed contract and paid deposit. Staff were helpful and easy to deal with. Recently received an email saying that due to regulatory changes the booked apartment was no longer available. Only one, lower standard apartment in a different area from another supplier was offered. Totally unsuitable. Refund was given but less bank fees! Very disappointing experience to be let down like this.

Informed me the afternoon prior to my arrival  that the apartment which I had reserved 7 months prior was not available due to some construction on the floor above.  Offered a choice of two smaller apartments in a less desireable area or refund my money.  Would not show me the apartments until the next day.  Did not initially offer any compensation due to the utter inconvenience and disruption to our plans.  I asked for a deduction on the rent which they gave us.  The apartment was handsome and well appointed but the bathroom floor was sticky upon our arrival.  Only one set of towels provided for a week.  They expect clients to take out the trash upon departure with our luggage?.  Driver that they arranged to take us to the airport did not show up.  I emailed them about these things and did not receive a response.  That says it all!

This was my second stay in A La Carte Paris rentals and I must say that I enjoyed it even more this time. My friend and I went to Paris for a 2-week vacation and due to my last years’ experience in these short-term apartments Paris; I suggested that we stay here again. My friend loved the idea and the rooms. Our trip was affordable, luxurious and fun. Highly recommended!

Stayed in one of their apartments located in the Marais last week.  The apartment was centrally located, not noisy, spacious, very clean and nicely appointed.  Service from A La Carte Bookings Team was fantastic.  Very responsive. Will definitely stay in one of their apartments the next time I go to Paris.  I have confidence in the team's commitment to excellent service.

We were locked out our very first day, now we don't have any hot water and all we can get from the A La Carte Paris EMERGENCY number is a voice mail
