C'était le patron français le plus gentil que j'ai jamais vu. J'étais coréen, donc je ne pouvais pas communiquer, donc je ne me sentais pas mal à l'aise même si j'avais une conversation avec Google Translate. Ils ont pris des photos et m'ont demandé de les vérifier. Tout le personnel ici est sympathique J'ai acheté le manteau que je voulais et c'est un bon souvenir
Nice owner helped us look at the used designer bags, all in decent condition, but the prices are close to new, we decided to go for new and passed on vintage. The shop is clean, small yet you feel comfortable and can see the bags etc easily.
It was highly recommended that I stop by here from friends and I am so glad I did! Geraldine and Mom helped me find a pair of vintage Chanel earrings I have had a really hard time finding in the U.S. and I couldn’t be happier. They gave me great advice on investment pieces and leather upkeep. They even helped me condition a precious long time goal bag I had just purchased and chatted with my husband. They are so sweet! I love, LOVE my earrings but honestly the interaction was priceless. My husband and I left feeling like we have our own Parisian Mom and felt really cared for there. Now when I wear my earrings I think of my sweet honeymoon in Paris and our lovely experience buying them. We will certainly be back and highly recommend this to novice and experienced vintage lovers.
Amazing experience. I made sure to call ahead to make sure I could come in without an appt. The sales woman on the phone was very polite and told me that, yes, I could come in without an appt because it was a full store front. The store is small and intimate, very clean and full wall to wall with vintage designer items. Everyone speaks both French and English and id say their prices are reasonable. My sales lady was extremely helpful and polite and never seemed irritated at my questions and requests to see different bags. I purchased two bags from them, an Hermes Kelly and Chanel boy bag When I come back to France I will definitely be purchasing more bags from them.
I have been shopping at Valois Vintage for a few years now. Owner, Chantal, and her team, give you the best, most kind experience. They carry designer brands that are in great condition and quality. Also, very unique as well. The service here is impeccable and Chantal truly makes you feel at home. I love all the pieces I have purchased from here. J’adore
Absolutely fabulous! Chantel and her staff are not only so kind and patient, but they always have the most unique and highly desirable vintage pieces! Valois Vintage is a must if you are in Paris. I’ve purchased many special and hard to find pieces and I am a customer for life!
