The room was kind of a deception compared to what we saw in the photos displayed on their website & the different reservation sites. The room was not checked before our check in, the safe was not working & the remote had no batteries. Except the breakfast that was served by an adorable smiling lady, service could have been better on all levels compared to the hotel price …
Beautiful Parisian boutique hotel with friendly and helpful team. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, the rooms were clean and well equipped, and we were always greeted with a positive willingness to help. Easy on/off Metro, safe area, many nearby restaurants and shopping. A gem - we will definitely stay here again!Chambres : 5/5
Accueil sympathique. Chambre de luxe bruyante fenêtres mal isolées On m avait dit le contraire lors des réservation. Pour un 4 étoiles lors de mon arrivée on ne vous accompagne pas en chambre. J espère passer une bonne nuit....Chambres : 3/5
If you travel with children you can forget about this hotel. We have 3 kids, 7, 7 and 12. We have booked the biggest appartment available in the hotel, 2 floors, 4 beds, plenty of space. BUT the room can accomodate only 4 persons, theoretically. From the moment we entered the lobby the stuff was super impolite, even rude. You can not check in if there are 5 of you. Explanations: fire safety regulations or difficult to clean a room after 5 people and not 4. Solution provided: another room, different floor. Doesn’t matter if you don’t use the room and sleep all 5 of you in the appartment, as long as we are covered from papers point of view. We forget about fire safety regulations. It’s OK. Or maybe it was an extra 250 euro on top of 450 already paied? More like it. Another example of french hospitality.

Huge shout out to the staff being the friendliest human beings in the world. They were so accommodating and sweet. As for the room, it was much bigger than expected and it was a wonderful stay. The AC works magic, perfect for the summer. The location is so convenient and so close for any shopping [Printemp, Galeries Lafayette, Hermes FSH if you know, you know]. Highly recommend and typically in a very reasonable price range.
Great location, absolutely lovely and helpful staff. I suggest 5th and 6th floor for the Eiffel Tower viewThe place itself is not noisy even though it’s super central.Chambres : 4/5

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location, the room, the view, everything is perfect! But what stood out to us is the customer service. The staff are truly angelic and they were kind and accommodating all the way through. I asked them to kindly arrange balloons and champagne in our room upon arrival for my partner's birthday, and they were so happy to help! Highly recommend
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was cosy, quiet and the location is excellent. The metro entry is just right next to the hotel. Also walking distance to the malls like Galeries Lafayette, Printemps and many shops, cafes and eateries, and sights like Opera Garnier. The room is small, but clean. I like that the mattress is firm and pillows are good for me too. The staff are excellent... friendly and cheerful, speaks good English, and is ever ready to assist. However, as I stayed for 8 nights, I wished there were some variations in the breakfast, rather than the same mains every day. That aside, I would seriously consider staying at the hotel again if I ever go to Paris, bcos I am now familiar with the surroundings and what it has to offer !
