We have visited Paris many times.  We like the idea of having an apartment but with the security and service of a front desk. We love visiting Luxembourg Gardens each time we are in the city so thought this was the perfect place to base ourselves for this trip.  The location is super. A quiet street sandwiched between the action.  Our apartment was well equiped and super clean.  I would highly recommend Residence & Spa Le Prince Regent and we look forward to returning.

Apt hotel very well located. Great spa pool and wet sauna - 20€ per person for one hour. Hower, not enough storage in studio and one suitcase leg furniture. Breakfast is only in the room maybe less convenient as the crepe was cold and bread not so fresh. Umbrella on loan was useful. Very large bed. Overall was good.

Excellent hotel apartments - perfect for families on vacation in Paris.  Location right across from Ile de Cite, near tons of grocery and dining options.  Quiet rooms with air conditioning and have been meticulously upkept.  Kitchens are fully stocked on dishes and cookware, ours had full fridge/laundry/ dishwasher.  Would definitely return!

We booked a suite for a family visit to paris; the room was nicely renovated.  There were a few minor maintenance issues in the shower room, some tiles were cracked etc.  Overall, the hotel is conveniently located nearly a RER station and was easy to reach.  We found that the hotel staff was wonderful and welcoming.  Important point, there is not a formal restaurant at the hotel but you are able to have breakfast delivered to your room; the location is also in an area with many great restaurants and options so you wont be lacking choice.  We did not use the spa services and can't provide any insight there.  In summary, the hotel was wonderful and we look forward to staying with them again.

I visited the day spa for a massage and it was magical! My masseuse was wonderful and the facilities were relaxing, clean and luxurious. I highly recommend as a way to treat yourself, even if you don’t stay at the hotel!

100% recommend it. We have visited Paris 4 times.  However this time, this hotel made our stay in Paris an absolute perfection and extra special. We are blown away how perfect and comfortable this is! Returning  to our hotel room at the end of the day after walking 8 miles felt very refreshing and gave a “home” vibe.  We stayed at the two bedroom suite and it is gorgeous, worth every single penny. It is clean, there is a kitchen/dryer, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. It is very modern and just top notch.  The beds were very comfortable, everything was Immaculately clean. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly, kind, and very helpful. I wish we had taken advantage of the spa offer that they gave us when we checked in at the hotel, but 4 days just flew in Paris… next time because we will never stay anywhere else when we visit again.  I recommend this hotel to anyone and would give it many more stars if I could.  We discovered the following about the area while staying here.  Numerous fantastic restaurants one of our favorites ended up being Le Prince Racine.  The Pantheon, Le Jardin du Luxembourg, Le Louvre no direct metro line to here , Museum of Orsay, St Chapelle, Notre Dame are easy walks varying from 5-20 minutes from the hotel. So if you plan to visit all these sites you can skip using the metro 1-2 days and saves you tons of money. I wish I had known that because I would have gotten only 2 one-day tickets rather than 4 days worth of tickets. Most of these walks are along the Seine, they won’t feel long.  Fyi: it’s best to walk to Louvre because Louvre metro stations are packed with people and lots of pickpockets so walking took away that stress.  You can get to Trocadero/Eiffel and Arc De Triomphe /Champs Elyssee from Odeon line 10 Metro station pretty easily.  Can’t wait to return.

Hôtel honteux, notre train a été annulé à cause des grèves. Quand nous contactons l’établissement pour nous faire rembourser la chambre cela est impossible nous avons été débité de 262€ prix total de la chambre…. Nous voulons bien payer des frais d’annulation mais payer la totalité d’une chambre pour ne pas y dormir est inadmissible!!!!

I stayed from September 30 to October 12. I want give thank to Juliette, Christina, Antonio and Ryan for the super customer service from the front desk, Located in a great place, just near the Latin quarter and St. Germain Blvd. Also, you will find lively restaurants and bars populated by students and office workers from the neighborhood it's near the Sorbonne. The Odeon Metro station which is convenient for getting around Paris is least than a half mile away.  Our Room was nice and comfortable not too big but remember this is Paris not your giant hotel chains.  Our room had a kitchenette and washing machine no dryer, shower stall only no bathtub everything modern. We wash our clothes every night. Our room was cleaned every day, our towels replace as well, super job by the cleaning crew!!!  Very small elevator, make sure you ask for a low floor. We really like that the hotel is a 10 min walk to the Luxembourg Gardens, a beautiful and spacious park...don't miss it and other attractions nearby. In front of the hotel there is a small supermarket and in the end of the street another one. The staff was really helpful and arranged for a limo ride to the airport upon our departure from Paris. When I return to Paris in the near future you bet, I am going to return to the Hotel.

I am very pleased with my stay at Residence & Spa Le Prince Regent. I booked the 1 bedroom suite with a queen size bed and queen size fold out bed in the living room which was the petfect amount of space for myself and 2 additonal adult family members. My room was clean, service was very friendly and convenient, the location is literally right around the courner from Luxembourg gardens and close to a prominent shopping area. I definitely recommend especially if you are traveling in a party of 3 or more.
