Slightly small rooms, but that's normal for Paris. Rooms had everything you need and had a great shower with a very comfy bed, even a wardrobe and desk. Hotel has a lift! Breakfast was yummy, but the selection was very limited. Cleaning was very good and staff was generally very efficient and friendly. Location is great if you want to spend more time around Montmartre or Opera areas. Entrance located in passage not next to the museum. Sécurité : You need a guest card to get to the corridor where the room is located. During the night gate to passage where the hotel entrance is located is closed but reception will open it if needed, there is a call button.
Un petit déjeuné complet, parfait pour commencer la journée et prendre des forces pour visiter Paris à pied. Une chambre complète, spacieuse et. Avec en prime une belle vue sur le Sacré Cœur. Il y a surtout un lit très agréable pour bien se reposer après une longue journée. Le personnel est très professionnel et surtout toujours disponible. En conclusion, un bel hôtel parfaitement bien placé pour visiter Paris.
Check in was smooth and easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and a bit larger that what we expected based on photos we saw before hand. This was our first time in Paris and we loved this location. We would stay here again.
First day we had problems with the Airconditioning so they gave us a new room. The second room had problems with the locks but that got fixed the next day. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but good. The hotel is in a nice street with lots of restaurants and shops. Metro stations are super close too which is very convenient. Overall nice hotel, would recommend.
However much you know that a Paris hotel room is going to be small, it is still a shock when you open the door and realise the tiny overheated cupboard that you've been given the keys for is actually your room. The room was, of course, tiny. I had a double room to myself and it was claustrophobic - if there were 2 of you, it would be unbearable. If you had a lot of luggage, there would literally be nowhere to put it. I was only staying for 2 nights and I hung up 4 things in the wardrobe and it was full - storage is extremely limited. The bathroom had only a shower. It was open at one end so I had to be careful and just used the hand held shower and not the overhead one, otherwise the whole room would have been under water. The water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water. The receptionist was unable to work out whether my breakfast was included or not and told me to just go to the breakfast room in the morning, which I did. Nobody asked me for a room number or even acknowledged me at all so I had breakfast and didn't ever get charged extra. I skipped it the second day due to lack of time. The pastries and bread were very nice - you'd expect nothing less in Paris. Overall the hotel was adequate in terms of what you get in Paris, where rooms are tiny and prices represent poor value or in colloquial terms, an absolute rip off. It was clean enough, my air conditioning worked, it was just very cramped. I wouldn't want to stay here again if I could help it, and was glad to leave. No doubt the experience at any other 'budget' hotel in Paris would be similar. At 175 euro a night it was poor value by any normal standards - but probably ok for Paris.
A decent stay in a great location. 5 mins from the nearest Metro Richelieu Drouot which has great connections to the major sight seeing locations. The room was very small but tidy and has all the basic needs for a short stay. Breakfast was included in our stay and had a selection of pastries, cheeses, hams and fresh fruit. Could fault it for a 3 star hotel.
Bel hôtel bien situé. Nombreux bars et restaurants à proximité. Le lieu est atypique et sympathique. L'insonorisation des chambres côté couloir n'est pas top mais pas de souci vis à vis des bruits extérieurs.
Worst hotel I ever stayed in. Room was infested with mice. In addition there was construction workers peeping through the windows. The worst hotel in Paris please do not stay there. Run for your life. Staff was rude and not nice. After complaining about the mice they told us it was because we had food in the room. At this point it has not even been 24 hours since checking into the room. So how could we bring mice in? They blamed it on the construction outside and food we had JUST bought into the room. They eventually moved us but changed us to a connecting room. Could not wait to check out. We were not compensated nor discounted for the sleepless nights. Please stay away. First hotel I stayed at that had mice infestation. In addition I’ve been to Paris multiple times with no mice in my room until this.
Très bien placé. Chambre propre et confortable avec vue sur Sacré Cœur et tarif tres abordable pour l’emplacement. Personnel agréable et souriant. Nous n’avons pas pris de petit déjeuner sur place, celui-ci étant moins cher dans les cafés autour. ***Un conseil pour gagner 2h dans votre journée:*** Pour le musée Grévin, qui est littéralement au pied sous ? de l’hôtel, sortez un peu avant l’ouverture pour être les premiers. Passé 9h, attendez vous a une file d’attente de 300m quelque soit le jour de la semaine ou du week-end!
The rooms need a lot of maintainance and renovation. The first room I had was really smelly and moist, and there was a lot of noise. There are cracks in the walls, floors and ceiling. A friendly receptionist booked me to another room the next day. This was better but also very outdated. Nice location and staff.Chambres : 2/5
