Highly recommend this hotel for everyone who visits Paris absolutely professional staff very nice atmosphere of traditional building lovely location there is local shops and restaurants where the locals go it’s easy to access all the activities in Paris walk distance is 20-30 min and Metro is near by! Prices are reasonable good value for the money!
Fantastic service. Great welcome. Location is superb. The room was small but clean. The only real downside was the size of the bathroom...the shower was tiny. However, I would recommend the hotel as we were made to feel very welcome and the location is perfect.Chambres : 4/5
Stay elsewhere False advertising - None of the photos here advertised represent what the actual room looks like. There is no space to move once your suitcase is open. The bathroom is so small. It is about the size of an economy plane bathroom. The bedsheets had a cigarette burn. Rude service - Upon checking out Thursday 15/6 we were struggling with ordering an uber/bolt/taxi to the airport. We asked staff for assistance and they provided absolutely no alternatives and just sat there behind the desk while we were busy trying to figure out how we were going to make our flight. Typical tiny French style hotel. No elevator to top 5th floor. Tiny shower, first to have one side wash, than get out and step in your other side! Bed is comfy and good to rest. Close to Opera and Hausmann streets.Chambres : 4/5
Bon hôtel, chambres minuscule mais bon c Paris... Pour le reste rien à redire, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, personnel à l'écoute et disponible. Cerise sur le gâteau, l'hôtel est situé dans une rue à très faible circulation, du coup on reste au calme au cœur de ParisChambres : 3/5
Hôtel très bien situé. Salle de bains et toilette beaucoup trop petits , aucune intimité vu la proximité avec la chambre et il ne faut pas être très épais pour entrer dans la douche. Impossible d’avoir de l’eau en bouteille dans cet hôtel il n’y en avait plus d’après l’accueil. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas justifié. Nous avons été déçu.

Small but sufficient room, bath wit shower. Breakfast OK. In my room the central light was broken so I had to go to the bed and switch on the bedlight, besides from that everything ok. The surrounding area is nice with many bars and restaurants.
Wonderful small and very quiet hotel tucked down a small side street with little traffic. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are on the small side but clean, modern and nicely appointed. A large buffet breakfast was available with a wide selection of pastries, breads, cold meats etc. Highly recommend.
The hotel is in a good location and easy to go around the city. The room is clean but everything is small and narrow especially the shower, probably it’s normal in Paris. The breakfast room is cute with nice staff. One small reminder, make sure to check when checkin if breakfast is include or not. In our case, it never mentioned when we checkin but it was charged to our bill. It’s not a big deal but rather to know ahead. We would come back to Hotel d’Espagne again but with a roomier room. It was suffocate with a family of three.
